How to retrieve GW password? - Guild Wars Forums

Hello, i've been having this problem and i have absolutely no idea how to solve, and PlayNC support is pretty much useless.

I bought the game in 2005, played it for some time and quit.
I want to start playing it again, but i've forgot my password.
Now the method from support site is:

If your game account name does not end with "@plaync" and you have not integrated your account into PlayNC, you can retrieve a temporary password for your Guild Wars account by following the instructions below.
Start the Guild Wars client.
Click the Reset Password option on the login screen.
Enter your account e-mail address.
Click the Submit button.
A pop-up message will inform you that your password has been reset and the new one sent to the e-mail address you submitted.

The problem is that i don't get any popup, i just get directed to PlayNC login site, which is absolutely useless for me, as i've never integrated my account to PlayNC or have ever made PlayNC account.

I've got my serial, account name, date of purchase and CD's but thats it.
When i asked PlayNC support, i just got some completely pointless automated response:

When visiting the Digital store from your Guild Wars account, you will be asked to create a PlayNC Master account or fill in the details of your existing one if you are to purchase from the Guild Wars Online Store. From then on, your Guild Wars account is linked to the PlayNC Master account.

From that account, you can view and manage all your existing NCsoft games, easily add new games and create or change subscriptions.

Another change affects your Guild Wars account name, after the migration you are no longer able to change your Guild Wars Login. This change helps to improve account security.

Moreover if you need any assistance regarding to your PlayNC master account name, then please provide us with the following information:

*First and last name
*Postal address
*Date of Birth
*Unique account ID (This was sent to you via email on the date your game account was activated, with a subject header of ???Game Account Activated.???)
*Last 4 digits of the credit card used on your account
*The creation date of your Guild Wars Account
*A scan or photograph the actual insert showing the access key and the receipt of purchase, in an attachment

I got the same thing.
Half my friends know my password

and I am wanting to change it but I can't as it come up with the same crap as you 'ave got.

Btw you shouldn't double post on these forums. There is always an edit button so please use that instead. (Double posting is the act of posting two seperate comments without any other peoples' posts in between.
You will get hunted down and killed for breaking the rules MWHAHAHAH!
